When you use ReelMatic, we automatically collect:

  • Log Data: IP address, timestamps, error logs, performance data

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

3.2 Editor Marketplace

When you submit work to an editor, we share:

  • Video assets you upload

Editors are independent contractors and are responsible for their own data protection practices.

  • Generated Videos: Retained for 90 days after generation (unless you delete sooner)
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
  • Support Tickets: Retained for 3 years
  • Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months

After deletion, we may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes.
